1. Cancellation Window
- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order any time before it is processed for shipment. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of placement.
- After Shipment: Once your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel it as it’s already on its way to you. In such cases, you may explore our Exchange Policy for assistance after delivery.

3. Refund Process
For successfully cancelled orders, the refund will be processed in the form of a Little Ninja Gift Card or Store Credit for the full order value. This credit can be used for any future purchase on our website within 12 months.
4. Modifications to Orders
Want to make changes to your order (like size, color, or quantity)? No problem — simply contact our team within 12–18 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request depending on stock availability.
5. Important Notes
- Orders placed during SALE or promotional periods cannot be cancelled once processed.
- Refunds for prepaid orders may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank or wallet, depending on your payment provider.
- Little Ninja reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund or store credit will be issued.
