Little Ninja® Cancellation Policy
This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
⏱ 1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any penalty.
- To cancel, email hello@littleninja.in with your Order ID.
- You will receive confirmation once cancellation is processed.
No cancellation fee is charged for orders cancelled before dispatch.
🚚 2. After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
If you no longer wish to keep the order, you must follow our Returns & Refund Policy after delivery.
Refusing delivery of shipped orders may impact eligibility for future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
💳 3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Prepaid order refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.
- Banks or payment providers may take an additional 3–10 working days to reflect the refund.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
📦 4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders cancelled before dispatch will be voided without charge.
- Repeated failed deliveries or refusals may result in COD restrictions on future orders.
⚖ Governing Law
This Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and enforced in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
