Little Ninja® Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy
🚚 Shipping Policy
- Orders processed within 1–2 business days.
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999
- Orders below ₹999: ₹99 shipping fee.
- COD charges (if applicable) shown at checkout.
We strongly recommend prepaid orders for faster dispatch and priority processing.
⏳ 7-Day Return Window
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 calendar days from delivery date.
Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
🔁 Exchanges
- Only one exchange allowed per order.
- Subject to stock availability.
- If size unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Second exchanges are not permitted except in case of confirmed manufacturing defect.
📦 Non-Defective Returns
- ₹99 reverse pickup fee deducted from refund.
- Original shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags.
🎥 Damage / Wrong Product Claims
A clear unboxing video starting before opening the package is required for:
- Damaged items
- Missing products
- Wrong items
Claims without valid video proof may be rejected after review.
💰 Refunds (Legal Compliance)
- Defective or incorrect products are eligible for full refund.
- Refund includes product value + shipping charges.
- Processed within 5–7 business days after quality inspection.
- Bank reflection may take 5–10 working days.
❌ Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without penalty.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
- Customer must follow return process after delivery.
