Pan-India delivery: We ship across India.
Fast dispatch: Orders ship within 24 hours of placement (working days).
Express on prepaid: Prepaid orders ship via express partners and typically arrive in 3–5 working days.
Free shipping: Enjoy free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
Standard shipping: For prepaid orders below ₹999, a ₹99 shipping fee applies.
COD available: Cash on Delivery is offered in most pincodes. We recommend prepaid for faster, contactless delivery.
Tracking: Tracking details are shared by SMS/Email after dispatch.

Notes & Exceptions

Transit timelines can vary for remote locations, weather, or courier constraints.
Orders placed on weekends/holidays dispatch the next working day.

Easy 7-day exchange/return: Raise a request within 7 days of delivery.
How to request: Click the Exchange / Return link in the footer and enter your Order Number & Email ID.
Pickup & resend: Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup and dispatch your exchange.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and include all original tags/packaging. Without tags, pickup isn’t possible.
Store credit option: Don’t want an exchange? We’ll issue a Gift Card for the product value, valid for 12 months on our website.
No refunds: We currently don’t offer refunds.
Second exchange fee: A handling fee of ₹150 applies for a second exchange on the same order.
Missing/Damaged on delivery: Please share an unboxing video within 48 hours so we can resolve it swiftly.
Discounts: Additional discounts/coupons don’t apply on exchange orders.
Sale items: Exchange is allowed with a nominal ₹100 fee (see Sale Policy).

Final sale: Sale purchases are final—no returns or refunds.
Exchange on sale: Need a different size/style? We’ll arrange a pickup; an exchange fee of ₹100 applies.
Stock moves fast: Popular items can sell out quickly—grab your favourites early.
Check sizing: Please review our size chart before ordering to avoid exchanges.
Timelines: During sale events, dispatch/delivery may take slightly longer.
Defects: Found a damaged/defective item? Notify us within 48 hours for a quick resolution.
Coupons: Some sale items may not be eligible for additional discounts/codes.

GST included: All prices are inclusive of GST. A GST invoice is provided with every order.
Shipping charges: Prepaid under ₹999 → ₹99 shipping; prepaid above ₹999 → Free shipping.
Payment methods: We accept major cards, UPI, wallets, netbanking, and COD (where available).
