• Express on prepaid: Prepaid orders ship via express partners and typically arrive in 3–5 working days.
• Free shipping: Enjoy free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
• Standard shipping: For prepaid orders below ₹999, a ₹99 shipping fee applies.
• COD available: Cash on Delivery is offered in most pincodes. We recommend prepaid for faster, contactless delivery.
• Tracking: Tracking details are shared by SMS/Email after dispatch.

Notes & Exceptions

• Transit timelines can vary for remote locations, weather, or courier constraints.
• Orders placed on weekends/holidays dispatch the next working day.

🔁 Exchange Policy

• Easy 7-day exchange/return: Raise a request within 7 days of delivery.
• How to request: Click the Exchange / Return link in the footer and enter your Order Number & Email ID.
• Pickup & resend: Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup and dispatch your exchange.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and include all original tags/packaging. Without tags, pickup isn’t possible.
• Store credit option: Don’t want an exchange? We’ll issue a Gift Card for the product value, valid for 12 months on our website.
• No refunds: We currently don’t offer refunds.
• Second exchange fee: A handling fee of ₹150 applies for a second exchange on the same order.
• Missing/Damaged on delivery: Please share an unboxing video within 48 hours so we can resolve it swiftly.
• Discounts: Additional discounts/coupons don’t apply on exchange orders.
• Sale items: Exchange is allowed with a nominal ₹100 fee (see Sale Policy).
